YEN focuses on the unconventional approach to training, from the use of ONNIT Primal Bells, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, Body Weight Movements, and Barbell Lifts. YEN training programs are designed to build absolute strength, speed, endurance and agility. 

  •  We coach all levels from learning basic functional movements or Kettlebell techniques for the first time to the advanced fellow Kettlebell lover and athlete
